1.                                   Ownership and Operation

2.                                   Agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use

Your use of this website and any applications, software, data, products, promotions, competitions, prize draws, and any other services provided to you on, or from, or through the website by Unilever  (collectively called the “Services”), is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Unilever.  In addition to the Terms of Use, the legal agreement is made up of the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).  To the extent of any conflict between the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use shall prevail.

3.                                   Continuing Agreement

You agree that we may change or revise these Terms of Use from time to time by updating this posting, and that such changes or revision will take effect immediately upon our posting, so please visit this area each time you visit the website to keep up to date with the current Terms of Use. Unilever may, from time to time, run promotions on the website. All promotions are only open to persons over the age of 18 years. Unless otherwise permitted pursuant to any Specific Terms, no person may enter any promotion or competition more than once and persons may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company (you may only register once for a promotional offer on the website.) Unilever reserves the right to withhold any free good or reward or any other promotional goods/services until they are entirely satisfied that the claimant of the free good, reward or other promotional goods/services is the registered user of the website and that they have not already received the free good, reward or other promotional goods/services offered. Unilever reserves the right to call for such proof as they may deem necessary in this regard. The said free goods, rewards or other promotional goods and services are not exchangeable for cash and not transferable.
